Information about Shipping

When do we ship?

If you have received a payment confirmation by 11:00am (GMT+8:00) on a working day, the parcel will be processed for delivery on the same day. Payment confirmed after 11:00am will be processed for delivery the following working day.

What happens after that?

We have done our best to check everything properly, package them nicely (bubbles and all) and put them in the mail. We will now e-mail you the tracking number for your parcel with details on how to track it. Do keep in mind that since we are not in control of the parcel after it has passed from our hands into the able hands of the postal authority, we do not take responsibility on any damage or loss arising from the delivery process.

The rates above are for normal parcel delivery.

If you prefer Domestic PosLaju, please contact us for the rates applicable. If you live within close proximity to a Post Office, your shipment should arrive within 3 working days via PosLaju. Domestic PosLaju rates start from RM10.


INTERNATIONAL


All Regions except S.E.A.:

Registered Air Mail (7 - 21 working days): US$5*

EMS (Most countries will receive shipment within 3 – 5 working days): US$30*


South East Asia:

Registered Mail (3 - 7 working days): US$2*

EMS (2 to 3 working days): US$10*

*Cost will vary depending exact location of delivery, size of parcel and weight, the above is to give you a rough idea of the cost involved and are minimum estimates.

Step Three: Email
Drop us an email at
leislcreations@gmail.com with your completed order form above. Ensure that all fields have been filled in as accurately as possible. We will get back to you within 36 hours to confirm availability and to send you an invoice for your order.

* We try our absolute best to respond within 36 hours, however that is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances (though this should be minimal). Should this be the case, there will be an auto-responder e-mail from us informing you of the circumstances and earliest possible response time.

Step Four: Payment
Keep a lookout in your e-mail for a reply from us containing the Invoice. The e-mail subject should be "Leisl Order: Invoice #".

IMPORTANT!
Please remember to inform us via

once you have made payment and include your transaction reference number, amount transacted and invoice number.
We will then process your order once payment is confirmed.

Step Five: Shipping

Information about Payment

INTERNATIONAL
Payment is accepted via PayPal. You can also pay with your credit card or debit card through PayPal without a PayPal account. A PayPal invoice will be sent to you via e-mail upon confirmation of order, follow the instructions within to complete payment.

MALAYSIA
We hold accounts with Maybank and HSBC Malaysia. Payment is accepted by online banking through Maybank2u, HSBC Internet Banking or Interbank GIRO. (Please note that banks may levy extra charges for Interbank GIRO.)

ATM Funds Transfers are also accepted.

You may also pay via PayPal or use your credit card or debit card via PayPal without a PayPal account. A PayPal invoice will be sent to you via e-mail upon confirmation of order, follow the instructions within to complete payment.

What you should be doing:

1 ) Payment must be made within 48 hours from the time our email containing the Invoice is sent to you.

2 ) If making payment by ATM, please contact us via E-mail and include a photograph or scanned copy of the transaction slip and Invoice Number.

3 ) If making payment by Internet Banking, please contact us via E-Mail or sms, including within the message the following:

a ) Transaction Reference Number;

b ) Transaction Time;

c ) Transacted Amount; and

d ) Invoice Number.

Or

a ) “Printscreen” screen shot of the Payment Confirmation page; and

b ) Invoice Number.

4 ) We will confirm the payment within 24 hours of receiving the e-mail/sms notifying us of the transaction.

Terms & Conditions

ORDERING

  • Orders are taken on a first come, first served basis.
  • We welcome enquiries, but we do not look kindly upon those who make orders and back-out subsequently.
  • All problematic and uncourteous buyers will be blacklisted.
  • All listed prices are non-negotiable & excludes shipping.
  • Colors displayed on the websites may differ from the actual item due to photography & monitor settings, if in doubt please clarify this with us prior to confirming your order.
  • To order, please complete the order form and ensure that all fields have been filled in.
PAYMENT
  • Payment must be made within 48 hours upon receipt of the invoice. We start counting from the date and time the e-mail is sent. If you are genuinely interested but unable to process payment within the timeline as stipulated in our guideline due to extenuating circumstances, please notify us in advance for a 24 hours extension.
  • If you made an over-the-counter or ATM transaction, please send a copy of the receipt via email (scanned or photographed) along with the Invoice number so that we can verify the transaction.
  • If you made payment via Internet Banking, please e-mail us a "PrintScreen" screen shot or the Transaction Reference Number, Transaction Time and Transacted Amount plus Invoice number for verification.
  • Sorry, but we do not do Cash-on-Delivery at the moment. But, if you happen to know us personally, call us to arrange a meet up and catch up, and we will consider letting you cough up and pick up. ;-)
  • All orders will be shipped within 1 business day upon confirmation of payment for items ordered as is. The duration required may be longer if customization/adjustment work is required. Don't fret, we will notify you in advance if this is the case.
SHIPPING
  • All items come packed in either a bubble mail envelope or a box with bubble wrap + styrofoam nuggets for larger orders.
  • As a tracking number will be provided, you will be solely responsible for tracking your package.
  • All items will be checked prior to shipping.
  • Do e-mail us if you prefer an alternate mode of shipment such as DHL, UPS or to pack a small purchase in a box. We will be more than happy to do so with a charge.
  • If you are purchasing this as a gift, we offer gift-wrapping if you want the item delivered directly to the recipient of your gift. Please e-mail us to find out about this service.
LIABILITY, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS
  • Goods sold are strictly not refundable and not exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
  • We take great care to ensure that all items are shipped in good condition. However, during the shipping process mishaps may happen. We do not take responsibility for any such loss or damage that are incurred after the item has been placed in the care of a courier company or postal authority.
